Orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm ET ship the same day. Saturday/Sunday/holiday orders ship the next business day. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of order shipment. International shipments are tracked through delivery to the destination country; some countries have limited last-mile tracking.
Order changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel an order at any time before it ships. Email support@officialsaga.com with your order number; we typically respond within 4 business hours during US business hours.
Damaged in transit
If your hardcover arrives damaged, photograph the package and the book, email support@officialsaga.com, and we will ship a replacement at no charge. No need to return the damaged copy.
